Swing Dancer, Fire Spinner, Scuba Diver, Daughter - There are many words to describe Allyson Smart, and we're delighted to say that 'Pinpointer' is one of them. Guided by the light cast by her parents, Allyson learned early on that focus, dedication, empathy, and compassion were the four cornerstones of the roadmap which led to any-and-everywhere she wanted to go in life.

Allyson is described by her professional peers as a passionate, driven, and empathetic leader with an affinity for not only problem forecasting but for finding the resolution before a problem comes to fruition at all. A few fundamental parts of Allyson's day are enjoying coffee (a 'non-negotiable'), reading a good book (sometimes re-reading a trusted favorite in the Cosmere or Tolkien's canon), or spending precious time chatting with her dad or fiancé. 

When it comes to dining, Allyson ascribes to the French/Italian methods of leisurely dining; Starting with an amuse-bouche and progressing through a series of courses and wine accompaniments. On the days that she isn't busy assuring smooth day-to-day flow for herself and her team, Allyson is happiest when she's cooking and entertaining at home.

Having accomplished many of the goals she'd previously set before herself, Allyson's current goal is focused on setting her dad up for a comfortable retirement and being able to invest more in the charitable causes which motivate her throughout the year - such as the Tyler's Grace Foundation. Allyson is a living example of her own personal motto: "Live your fullest life every single day because everything can change in the blink of an eye." and we're honored to be on this journey with her.
