As a young girl living in Kansas City, Cassandra dreamed big. While she hasn’t seen the Stars working for NASA as she once thought she might, she was still gifted with the ability to see the Stars among people. With a creative edge and an eye for design, she navigates making skillful placements with an artistic finesse - seeing each and every candidate and client as an essential element to the finished piece. Inspired by her mom by whom she was raised, classic literature such as Gone with The Wind, and her dream to someday travel the world, Cassandra is always striving toward her goals - Climbing each mountain and obstacle as she encounters them, she would stand firm in her beliefs even if it meant standing on her own. Cassandra might start her day off with a Redbull, eggs and Cardio - A real jump-start for such an ambitious and resilient individual. However, despite her apparent drive and tenacity her colleagues would describe her as laid back, easy to talk to, and possessing a natural inclination toward results and analytics. If you had dinner with Cassandra, you’d find that she's a seafood lover with an affinity toward lobster and crab ravioli - save room for a dessert: tiramisu! When she isn’t working to make a difference in people's lives, you might find her relaxing with a good show and a glass of wine, cuddling with her dogs, or even somewhere along the ocean enjoying the sound of waves and the smell of saltwater air. When with her friends, she may even be on an adventure rock-climbing, volunteering for a cause close to her heart (such as Wildlife Conservation or The Nature Conservancy), or touring a great museum. All in all, Cassandra Mason is the embodiment of her own personal motto; “Be the change that you wish to see in the world.”
