Catrina Geriak

Managing Partner + Courageous Philanthropist

If you ask people who know Catrina to describe her in one word, the consensus would be “inspiring.” She has the innate ability to embolden others by finding their strengths, helping them sharpen their skills, and catapulting them into finding their personal and professional greatness. Catrina built her career from a firm conviction in her faith and a mindset that anything is possible if you work hard and believe. Her notable success, coupled with her extensive experience in recruiting, guiding, and building careers, is a direct result of who she is and a conduit for her greater purpose; living a life dedicated to helping others. In 2013 her character was tested and proven as she lost her husband and son to aggressive forms of cancer. Channeling her pain through her life’s purpose, she founded Tyler’s Grace Foundation, an organization dedicated to giving terminal cancer individuals and their families “the best day ever.” She attributes her daily drive to the way she starts most mornings: An early morning exercise routine while listening to Eye of the Tiger (the theme song from the movie Rocky). Her most prominent and proud accomplishment is the gift of her 11-year-old daughter. The spirit and resilience of the latter propel Catrina to be relentless in achieving her personal best in her family, home, and career.
