Recruiting Coordinator, TEMP PRACTICE

Emma Iwasaki was raised in Campbell California where she moved when she was just a baby. Having been born in Japan, some of her most cherished childhood memories are the Summer months that she and her family would spend at her grandparent's house in Chiba - about 40km east of Tokyo.

Her grandmother's cooking, and her grandfather's grumpy façade yet underlying loving personality, are just a few reasons among many that Japan will always hold a special place in her heart. Looking forward, she envisioned many different futures for herself.. Might she be a ballerina, a pianist, or something she'd yet to discover? In her teenage years, an unexpected bout of depression would lay the groundwork for Emma to become a compassionate, and empathetic advocate for mental health awareness - As she emerged triumphant against these obstacles, she gave new favor to the advice she had received from her mom at the time; "Love yourself, and take it day-by-day"

Here at Pinpoint Talent, Emma is known for her meticulous nature and organized approach to all things. She has the inherent ability to connect with people through shared experiences and understanding. Those traits paired with her naturally inquisitive personality, make her an ideal Recruiting Coordinator whom we are so grateful to have on our team.

When she isn't at work making moves and organizing opportunities, you might find Emma playing video games on various platforms, enjoying one of her favorite Miyazaki movies such as Howl's Moving Castle, or even making modifications to her 2001 Mazda Miata (on which she does all of the maintenance herself) 

Considerate, optimistic, and full of integrity, Emma is the exemplification of her own personal motto; Keep Calm and Carry On.
