Growing up in Rochester NY, Janelle thought that she might someday become a fashion editor living in NYC. While her journey may have taken her in a different direction than she'd anticipated (fortunately for us), no one could argue with the fact that to this day she maintains an impeccable sense of style. 

Janelle always found herself inspired by her mother's unyielding positivity and level-headed presence in any situation. She also learned early on that peace and well-being should be made a personal priority. 

In asking her colleagues to describe her, they would say that she is tenacious, analytical, and present. Those attributes paired with her calm and cool demeanor make her a force to be reckoned with, as a Sourcer for our On Demand team. Another exceptional skill that Janelle brings to her role at Pinpoint Talent, is possessing the kind of vulnerability that it takes to make true and trust-based connections with both clients and job seekers.

When she isn’t at Pinpoint using her Sourcing skills to change lives, Janelle might like to read a good book, spend time at the gym, and above all - spend time with her family. She hopes to someday become more confident in the kitchen and likes to try new recipes whenever possible.

Adaptable, funny and even risk-taking, Janelle is a testament to her own motto: "Never give up on yourself."
