Kyle played many sports growing up in New Jersey, so much so that he thought he might someday be a professional athlete. Or, as kids often consider, a soldier, a firefighter, a police officer, or possibly an artist - this broad scope of potential outcomes was an early indicator that his actual role in his future would be shaping it. Inspired by his parents' hard work ethic and demeanor, Kyle strived to be humble, well-rounded, dynamic, and a leader who could overcome adversity. He found inspiration in books such as Ric Edelman's "Ordinary People, Extraordinary Wealth" and became versed in the basics of personal finance. Someday, his goal is to acquire a network of rental properties to sustain himself and his family in later life.

Here at Pinpoint Talent, Kyle is described by his partners as being funny, reliable, professional, and having an inherent ability to connect with others. He admires the act of giving and strives to contribute to causes such as sustainability/green energy and recycling, poverty and homelessness, and autism awareness. Finally, he hopes to leave the world a better place than he found it. Kyle might begin the workday on a typical morning with guided meditation videos, providing a quiet and calming creative space where new ideas can emerge.

When he isn't busy making valued connections at Pinpoint talent, Kyle is happiest when he's active and engaging in activities such as softball, hiking, golf, going to the gym, or taking a leisurely bike ride as often as possible. Time spent with friends is generally dedicated to sports, exploring new restaurants and bars, chatting around a firepit, or on an adventurous road trip. Outgoing, hardworking, and ambitious, Kyle continues living life to the fullest under his motto: You Only Live Once!
