Suruchi may be one of the most eclectic and interesting people we've had the pleasure of working with. Growing up in Kathmandu, Nepal, she drew inspiration from the beauty of the Himalayas and, above all, her grandfather - a physician and advocate for children's health and education who served his community with a humble kindness beyond most men. When she isn't using her overall curiosity, relationship-building, and listening skills toward her team's progress, Suruchi is happiest when traveling and reuniting with people in different parts of the world. No wonder she's both a fan of adventure and a speaker of FOUR languages. At home, however, Suruchi might spend a Sunday morning on the couch with her kids, snuggled up and watching their favorite cartoon. Dinner with her and her family would likely consist of something spicy with chicken or shrimp and a visit to her home - She's a very gracious host! Someday, Suruchi hopes to continue her grandfather's work by starting a non-profit foundation to support education for underprivileged kids in rural Nepal. In the meantime, she'll continue to support many causes such as Dog Rescue, Child Cancer + Education, Women's Empowerment, and Human Rights. Professional, Compassionate, and Supportive are the words used by Surichi's colleagues when asked to describe her, as well as having a natural ability to connect with others. Overall, Suruchi is authentic and genuine, living by her motto: Be kind -you never know the battles others are fighting.
